China Zhenhua (Group) Science & Technology Co., Ltd. Yuguang Subsidiary Company, located in the State High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Guiyang with an area of 50,000m² and an employees of more than 1,100, of which the professional technicians are 300, is a stock enterprise especially for researching and developping, producing and selling vacuum interrupter, vacuum circuit breaker, LV and HV switchgears. The former company was State-run Yuguang Electrical Factory (No. 771 State-run Factory), established in the 1960s.

Yuguang Subsidiary Company formally appointed as one of the state hi-tech enterprises and determined as “state unit of contract abiding and laying stress on credit” by the State Industrial and Commercial Administrative Bureau, and the Company has passed the state authentication on GB/T19001-2000 (quality), GB/T24001-1996 (environment) and GB/T28001-2001 (professional health and safety) in the domestic professional circle at first in 2004.

Gained innovation and development experiences for several years, Yuguang Company has invested more than RMB hundreds millions yuan to technical modification for several times and has formed two series of products of research and development and producing structures on vacuum electric circuit elements and vacuum passive electric circuit elements. So-called vacuum passive electric circuit element is the vacuum interrupter, the key product of Yuguang Company and a domestic advanced vacuum interrupter production line has been established with an annual output of 280,000 pieces of ceramic shell or glass shell vacuum interrupter. Another high aluminum oxide porcelain parts and metallized treatment production line with an annual output of 250,000 pieces has been set up, too. Meanwhile an assembly production line with an annual output of 5,000 whole sets of vacuum circuit breakers and LV and HV switchgears has been put in operation. Based on the experiences for 4o years on researching and development and production on vacuum electric elements, Yuguang Branch has strengthened its “strong-strong” cooperation with University of Electronic Science and Technology of China recent years and a Yuguang Vacuum Electronic Elements Engineering Center of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China has been set up under efforts by both sides, which shall concentrate predominance on qualified scientists and technicians to speed up researching and development on vacuum microwave elements. Recently Yuguang Company has invested more than RMB ten millions yuan on modification and expansion for production line on vacuum microwave elements and an annual production capacity of more than thousands has been reached up.

  With its “super quality and perfect service”, the vacuum interrupter of Yuguang brand has become the “well-known” product compared with the domestic professional circle. Yuguang brand vacuum interrupter is divided as two series with more than 200 types and sizes, applied in varied fields, such as power stations, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, mines and electrization railway, etc. Of which an experienced sealing technology has been adopted in the production for the vacuum interrupter with glass shell structure, its maximum short circuit breaking capacity could be up to 63kA. Some advanced processes, such as the international advanced large sized vacuum furnace and hydrogen furnace, and one time sealing and discharging process have been introduced in the production for the vacuum interrupter with ceramic shell structure. According to different requirements on electric switchgears, different contact materials and contact structures could be equipped in the vacuum interrupter, so Yuguang brand vacuum interrupter has advantages of reliable operation, strong breaking capacity and small volume. 

  Yuguang Company pays great attention on technical innovation and scientific and technical development as core drive for the enterprise development all time. Yuguang Branch has produced a kind of vacuum interrupter with the breaking capacity of 120kA, which is the maximum breaking capacity at home and abroad and is the biggest exporter for vacuum interrupter in China.
